WATER

Water is a transparent, tasteless, odorless, and nearly colorless chemical substance, which is the main constituent of Earth's streams, lakes, and oceans, and the fluids of most living organisms. It is vital for all known forms of life, even though it provides no calories or organic nutrients.

SOIL

Is a mixture of organic matter, minerals, gases, liquids, and organisms that together support life. It has four important functions: it is a medium for plant growth; it is a means of water storage, supply and purification; it is a modifier of Earth's atmosphere; it is a habitat for organisms; all of which, in turn, modify the soil.

LIVESTOCK

are animals raised in an agricultural setting to produce labour and commodities such as meat, eggs, milk, fur, leather, and wool.

CROPS

are plants grown and harvested extensively for profit or subsistence.
